Timbercraft

Commissioning all the work from one source will ensure your project runs smoothly.

Professional Design

Timbercraft can manage the design, product selection and installation of your entire project, from initial brief to the attentive aftercare service. We are particularly suited to undertake large complicated installations which require careful planning and co-ordination of a wide variety of skills. Building work, carpentry, plumbing, heating, gas work, electrics, lighting, tiling, flooring and decorating can all be undertaken by our professional craftsmen who are used to working together as a co-ordinated team.

Once you have been in to one of our showrooms we can book an appointment for a professional design consultant to visit your home at a time that’s convenient to you. They will take a detailed brief as to the nature of your intended project. All relevant measurements will be taken, often supported by photographs of the existing units, etc. These are kept on file to enable the designer to accurately plan your room.

You will then be invited back to the showroom where the ideas will be presented to you in detail, using full colour computerised imagery. This is an opportunity for more of your input so that a scheme can be finalised which fulfils all your requirements.

At this point the designer is able to discuss costs in some detail with you and different options can be examined to achieve what you want at a suitable price. At no time will you be pressurised to go ahead with something you are not entirely happy with.

All Timbercraft installations are fully project managed.

Knowledgeable Staff

Once you decide to proceed with us and the design has been finalised, we’ll give you a schedule of the week the work will commence. Scheduling is a very important component of our business, not only to minimise customer inconvenience but also to enable us to exercise maximum control over every installation and to keep our workforce fully operational.

Shortly after placing your order, one of our dedicated surveyors will visit your home to confirm your project details and to run through the job with you. Our surveyors are experienced installers themselves and are ultimately responsible for ensuring that our very high standards are maintained.

They will then go on to project manage the installation, working closely with our customer service managers Laura and Paul, who keep the customers updated as necessary and are the main points of contact.

With Timbercraft you can be assured that you are dealing with a thoroughly reliable company who can undertake everything you need with a superior level of competence. Your project will be in good hands – perfectly crafted with care and attention to detail.
