History

We started out in the fitted wardrobe business in 1983, and since then we have done exclusively that: we don’t do bathrooms, we don’t do kitchens – we are bedroom storage specialists, and specialisation, we believe, brings advantage to us and our customers. It allows us to think about what we are doing, to concentrate on our product, our methods, our service. The optimisation of bedroom space, the minutia of every installation, the addition of style to every customer offering, are our daily drivers.

We seek always to use the best materials available - our German- engineered sliding door system is, we believe, the best that there is, and the arrangements we have with international panel suppliers enable us to offer a range of door finishes that is unparalleled on these islands.

But what really drives us is customer service, because without it we are nothing. We try really hard to win complete customer satisfaction, and the RFT (Right First Time) score by which we measure ourselves is quite demanding. And if we don’t get it right first time – and we occasionally don’t – we won’t be satisfied until we do.
