Products at CR Windows
CR Windows was established in 1975 by two local brothers – Cyril and Robert Wadham. With experience in carpentary and plastering, the two men started the company in a pre-fabricated hut, near Charlton Road in Kingswood, building wooden frames, which they designed and installed themselves.
The company slowly grew in the community from which they gradually employed a growing staff and also supported through sponsoring the local football team.
The small company grew into the business that it is today. Now based on the Bridge Road Industrial Estate in Kingswood, the company employs 42 staff with 13 teams of installers. The current premises is comprised of the showroom, and offices alongside the factory in which all of CR Window’s products are manufactured.
The company is now run by three directors, one of whom, Karen, is the daughter of original owner, Robert. Together with Mark Brown and Dean Lancaster, CR Windows are underpinning the company’s values of quality products and excellent customer service, which are at the heart of everything that the company do. They still carry on the original values of community as Cyril and Robert had by employing local staff but also supporting local events and sport teams.
